3T4 is a system in real-time motion video and audio. Both on the web and on the physical location itself, a web camera in a public place records the movements of pedestrians, cyclists and cars and turns them into sound and image. The webcam image is reduced to 12 planes: 3 x 4. Each of the twelve areas has an assigned sound and picture. When motion is detected within the scope of the webcam, the movement is assigned to the associated place and the related audio and video. Picture and sound will refer to the former uses for the building: the blue boys orphanage and the National Bank.
